Cancellation Policy

Room bookings

You may cancel or change a room booking free of charge up to 48 hours before your check-in date. For cancellations within 48 hours, or in the case of a no-show, a charge of one night may apply.

Event & party-palace bookings

Weddings, receptions, and other events are confirmed with an advance deposit. Because we reserve the hall and prepare for your date, deposits for events are handled case by case — please discuss timing and any refund terms with our team when you book.

How to cancel or change

Message us on WhatsApp at +977 9766 096 100 with your name and booking dates, and we will take care of it. We will always try to find a date that works for you before cancelling.
