How do I make a booking?
Use the Reserve page, or message us directly on WhatsApp at +977 9766 096 100. We confirm your booking personally.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 12:00 noon. Early or late timing can sometimes be arranged on request.
Do all guests need to provide identification?
Yes. For everyone's safety and as required for guest records, we register the details of every guest staying in a room — including each additional guest. Please carry a valid photo ID (citizenship, passport, or driving licence) for every person at check-in.
Can I use the swimming pool if I am not staying overnight?
Yes. Our pool is open to day visitors as well as resort guests. Just come by, or message us to check timings.
Do you host weddings and events?
Yes. We have two halls — a grand hall for up to 500 guests and a garden-side hall for more intimate gatherings of around 200, with catering and full setup. Tell us your date and we will help you plan.
Is there parking and WiFi?
Yes — free parking and free WiFi are available for our guests.
What are your opening hours?
We're open every day. Breakfast is served from around 8:00 AM, and our kitchen runs from 10:00 AM to 11:00 PM. The pool and grounds are open through the day.
Is breakfast included?
Breakfast isn't included in the room rate, but it's available on request for a small additional charge. Just let our staff know and we'll arrange it, along with anything else from our kitchen.
Do you offer airport or bus-park pickup?
Yes — we can arrange pickup and drop from Dhangadhi airport or the Attariya bus park for an additional fee. Share your arrival details when you book and we'll take care of it.
What facilities does the resort have?
A swimming pool, green garden grounds, a steam room, a cafe and restaurant with a bar, ample free parking, and two event halls for weddings and gatherings.
